Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Only items purchased directly from Ayushsanjivani are eligible for returns. Items purchased through other retailers or distributors are subject to their return policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Items purchased during sales or special promotions.
- Products not in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Return the Item: Ship the product back to us as per the instructions provided. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
